Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. We add a 15% handling fee on all returns and we charge courier fee’s for both sending and receiving the package. Our waterfed poles can not be returned if not defective as we build them to order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Squeegees, washers, mops, filters that have been used, sleeves that are used, any item that has been used.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Repairs on electrical items (if applicable)
If an item is found to be defective initially, it is your responsibility to contact Window Washing as soon as possible, if an item becomes defective please contact us and we will provide you with a return address for you to send the item too. Once arrived we will examine the item and if found defective we will repair and return the item free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT CARRY ANY WARRANTEE FOR BATTERIES.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied by EFT, within 30 days, you may need to provide us with your banking details.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items bought on Black Friday cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or phone us at 076 142 1579.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact at [email protected] us for shipping address
