At Window Washing, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policies below to understand your options for returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
1. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be initiated by contacting us at contact@windowwashing.co.za.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom-built or special-order products.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
- Consumable parts such as squeegees, washers, mops, filters, and sleeves.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@windowwashing.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item:
- Contact us at contact@windowwashing.co.za with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
- Ship the defective item back to us for inspection.
- If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
3. 6-Month Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Our products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective during this period:
- Contact us at contact@windowwashing.co.za with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection.
- Upon verification, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear on consumable parts.
- Batteries, as they are not covered under this warranty.
- Waterfed poles built to order, unless defective.
- Products not purchased directly from Window Washing.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged.
- We will inspect the product and notify you of the outcome.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item to you.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used within South Africa.
